With over 20 years of professional guiding experience under his own belt, Captain Don launched Pastime Fishing Adventures to bring a higher standard of private guiding to the Oregon coast. Powered by a high-performance 300 HP Mercury Verado engine and outfitted with state-of-the-art radar, fish-finders, and premium fishing tackle, you can rest assured that your safety and comfort are always our number one priorities.

Our Slip at the Newport South Beach Marina

During the peak fishing season, I keep my boat in a slip at the South Beach Marina and live in Newport. When it’s time for your fishing charter, I’ll meet you at the top of the dock and walk you to the boat where it will be fueled and ready for our adventure.
